Will joining Loyalty Membership cost me anything?

Yes, the registration fee is RM10, but it will be waived once you sign up with THAI ODYSSEY packages.

What are the rewards of being a Loyalty Member?

As a member, you'll earn points on every purchase and receive the rewards based on the points you earned.

How do I join?

You may sign up at any THAI ODYSSEY outlet in Malaysia, or purchase a package via THAI ODYSSEY online store.

Will I receive a membership card?

There is no need for a membership card in an effort to save our planet. Just provide your mobile number or Malaysian identification card number online or at the counter upon purchase or redemption and you’re good to go.

Can someone else use my Loyalty Membership?

Yes, your Loyalty Membership can be shared with your loved ones, by providing them with your 6-digit password. The authorised person is required to enter the password for the redemption of loyalty points in your account.

Note: The safekeeping of the account and password is the sole responsibility of the holder. If there is a misuse of account, kindly reset your password instantly by accessing to your account online or notify us via our Support Hotline at 603-7688 5588 on weekdays, 10am to 6pm, excluding Public Holidays.

How do I earn loyalty points and what do they get me?

Use your Loyalty Membership at any THAI ODYSSEY outlet to earn points on every purchase. Every RM 1 you spend = 1 Loyalty Points, and the list of rewards can be found here.

How do I track my loyalty points balance & membership details?

You may request for your loyalty points balance and membership details from our front desk personnel at any THAI ODYSSEY outlet.

Does Loyalty Membership expire? How about the loyalty points?

Our Loyalty Membership doesn’t expire, as you’ll be a lifelong Loyalty Member of THAI ODYSSEY! However, loyalty points have a validity period of 12 months but it will be accumulated when your account stays active with any purchase within the 12-month validity period, and the new validity date will be updated based on your last purchase.
