NEW PACKAGE validity is subject to package type.
NEW PACKAGE credit value and added value are subject to package type.
Customer who purchases more than one package within the validity period, its package credits will be accumulated and package validity shall be updated based on the latest purchased package validity or whichever has the longer validity.
Customer who has purchased more than one package, package credit redemption is based on first-in first-out basis.
NEW PACKAGE credit redemption is valid for any non-promotional a la carte services, products and vouchers at any Thai Odyssey outlets within Malaysia.
NEW PACKAGE credit redemption is not valid for any promotional offers.
A registration fee of RM10 to join as a member of Thai Odyssey Loyalty Programme will be waived when customer sign up NEW PACKAGE.
Loyalty points rewarded subject to package type purchased. Refer to Thai Odyssey’s Loyalty Programme guideline for more information.
Package credit value and loyalty points are not transferrable, refundable nor exchangeable for cash.
Member is responsible for the safekeeping of own account and password.
If there has been an unauthorised transaction performed, member is required to notify Thai Odyssey immediately.
An OTP code will be sent to the registered mobile number stated in the Thai Odyssey’s membership account, for new setup of the account, update or recovery of password.
All customers are encouraged to call for an appointment and only a 10-minute grace period is allowed for late arrival. After which, the slot shall be given to another patron on the waiting list.
Thai Odyssey shall not be held liable for any damages caused by the customer non-compliance with the above terms.
