Delivery & Refund Policy นโยบายการจัดส่งและการคืนเงิน

Please read this document carefully as it contains the terms and conditions that you agree to be bound by if you continue to use THAI ODYSSEY Online Store. The Delivery and Return policies (“the Policies”) and the Terms and Conditions apply to your use of THAI ODYSSEY Online Store and to any purchases through THAI ODYSSEY Online Store.

In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions and these Policies, the latter shall prevail. These Policies and the Terms and Conditions apply between you and THAI ODYSSEY Sdn Bhd (“THAI ODYSSEY”, “we” or “us”), whose registered office is at Unit 801, Level 8, Tropicana Gardens Office Tower, No. 2A, Persiaran Surian, Tropicana Indah, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor. Please address any complaints, queries or correspondence regarding these Policies or THAI ODYSSEY Online Store, to the contacts as listed in our contact us page.

ORDERING ITEMS

  1. Once you have selected the products you wish to order, click on the “Checkout” button at the end of the checkout process.
  2. Once you have clicked on the “Checkout” button, you have made a binding offer for the sale of goods. Your offer at this stage is still subject to our acceptance. In order that we may accept your offer, we obtain an authorisation from your Credit Card Company for the amount detailed on the order summary page. We are not taking funds from your card at this stage, although the amount available for you to spend will be reduced by the authorisation. This is a normal process with the banks. If your credit card should not give an authorisation, your order will not be processed further.
  3. THAI ODYSSEY Online Store will email you to confirm your item(s) order has been received.
  4. We are deemed to have accepted your offer, and a corresponding contract of sale for the products you have ordered is concluded between you and THAI ODYSSEY Store only upon those products being dispatched to you, as detailed in the dispatch confirmation email.
  5. THAI ODYSSEY Online Store may refuse or be unable to process your order if:
    1. -The product you ordered is discontinued or no longer available.
    2. -Your credit card does not give authorisation for the payment of the purchase price.
    3. -You do not meet the eligibility to order criteria set out above.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Peninsula: Order by 2pm Monday to Friday for delivery within 3-7 business days (exclude weekends and Public Holidays). Orders placed after 2pm Monday to Friday will be delivered within 4-7 business days (exclude weekends and Public Holidays). Signature required on delivery.

East Malaysia: Delivered within 3-7 business days (exclude weekends and Public Holidays). Signature required on delivery.

International: Delivered within 14-31 business days (exclude weekends and Public Holidays), limited to only neighbourhood countries that are available on the website. Signature required on delivery.

Delivery charges: Delivery charges from RM10 onwards will be implied accordingly to the delivery address by state. Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order is over the specified threshold or items that do not require any delivery fee. Threshold for free shipping is calculated after any promotions and discounts are applied. Free shipping is limited promotion and not available for orders delivered outside Malaysia.

Please note: We cannot be delivered to PO Boxes. All orders require a signature on delivery. If you are not available to sign for your order, the postal carrier will leave a note with instructions for pick up from a designated post office. Delivery is subject to the terms of the relevant postal service.

We are working closely with our delivery partners to get your orders to you as safely as possible. This includes drivers making contactless deliveries and adhering to hygiene precautions as advised by the local government and health authorities. Please allow a few extras days for your order to be processed. There may also be some delivery delays depending on the network capacity of our delivery partners. Once you get your shipping confirmation email, you'll be able to get the latest updates by clicking the tracking link.

While we do everything we can to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, we will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any person as a result of delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control or foresight including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us.

ORDER CANCELLATION

Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping basket. Once your order has been submitted successfully and payment is received for your purchase, the order will be “Sent to Warehouse,” entering the delivery process. We advise that you carefully review and modify your order prior to payment submission.

Once your order has been “Sent to Warehouse,” it has entered the delivery process and no further changes can be made.

OUT OF STOCK

If any items in your order are out of stock at the time your order is packed, we will notify you via email. You may opt for a replacement for the next available items with the same value or refund you for the affected items.

RETURN POLICY

Products sold are strictly non-refundable. Our aim is to provide quality products to our customers. If you experience itchy, red skin after coming into contact with our products; or should you receive damaged or faulty product; or receive an incorrect order please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Or you may return it back to us immediately by emailing a photo of the product defect and stating your order number. Our Customer Service will contact you within three (3) business days for further instructions on the return process.

HOW TO EXCHANGE YOUR GOODS

You may email the details to ecommerce@thaiodyssey.com, or contact us at +603-7688 5588 for enquiries during office hours from 10am to 6pm, Monday-Friday (excluding weekends and Public Holidays).

Please allow at least ten (10) business days (excluding weekends and Public Holidays) for us to process your exchange.

We do not provide refunds for change of mind unless goods are damaged or faulty, and in instances where items ordered are out of stock. We will provide refunds for these items and will be credited to the same payment method used.
