• Voucher validity will be 6 months from the date of issuance.

• Voucher is transferable to another party but not exchangeable for cash.
• Customer will be receiving a free gift worth RM15 (Natural Bath Soap or similar value) with purchase of RM150 and above.
• Customer will be receiving a free gift worth RM49.90 (Eye Pillow Gift Set or similar value) with purchase of RM400 and above.
• A registration fee of RM10 to join as a member of Thai Odyssey’s Loyalty Programme will be waived when customer purchases any of the above vouchers.
• Loyalty points will be given according to the price paid, based on RM1 is equivalent to 1 point excluding SST.
• Loyalty points have a validity period of 24 months, from the month of purchase.
• Loyalty points will be forfeited after a period of 24 months validity.
• Loyalty points will be accumulated when member’s account stay active with purchase of any item within the 24 months validity period, and date of validity will be updated from the month of member’s last purchase.
• Voucher and loyalty points are not transferable nor exchangeable for cash.
• Delivery is only available in Malaysia and it will take approximately 5 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) for the physical voucher to arrive at your shipping address.
